Intro:
Welcome to Proelium (4x)
So, I just want to get some things off my chest. That, this is for real of me. Feel it.
First verse:
Back when I was younger, didn't think much of myself.
to go to college, become successful, not a thought that I had.
I was an outcast, man, it was so sad.
Constantly rejected by others, it made me so mad.
Got to a point of major depression, i almost committed suicide.
Thinking whether not if anyone would miss me if i died.
Besides the jokes in this EP, I just want to share my life.
Through pain, sorrow (please keep hope!) lord knows I tried.
Been cheated on, I also cheated, oh God I cried.
More for the people i hurt, basing relations with lies.
I begged forgiveness, the though still makes me tear up.
The demons coming back, man they never gonna give up.
to break me down, teary sounds, in a corner trapped in a shell,
no one else hear to tell, prayed to God to get me help.
No strength to move on, my room feels like my shell,
The Proelium, a story of my own hell.
Chorus:
In this life we keep on pushing
Through rain and conflict
Wondering whats its all for
Will we reach that peaceful shore
Will we ever reach the sun
Serenity
Second verse:
I mean, this is just me, for real.
It was a struggle, I'm not lying, hear it
All i know is real, I don't know what it's like to be fake
These stories of my life are true, its not a mistake
Kinda happy was the first song I wrote
Followed by keep hope, dealing with a breakup
So i wrote depression
With So Bad, happy that I graduated, but the problems laid out made it harder than anticipated.
Through it all was the cornerstone of my fall, with a motto saying that we will all ball
For thats loud, admittingly supposed to be a joke,
but the underlying meaning of it meant that I had no hope.
So gather round, gather round, I got a story to tell.
Welcome to Proelium, a story of my own hell
Chorus:
In this life we keep on pushing
Through rain and conflict
Wondering whats its all for
Will we reach that peaceful shore
Will we ever reach the sun
Serenity
Outro:
Alright, now lets get to it
